Just started Netflix, did my 1st month free and after evaulating the 1st month ..... it ain't worth the money.

I'm on the package of 1 dvd/blu ray at a time .... with the turn around time, I get 1 a week

out of the 4 movies I've recieved, I've had to get replacements for 2 of them bc they were un-readable

YES. I fucking love Netflix. I've had since...I think February?

I get 1 DVD/Blu Ray at a time just like you. It's made my PS3 (for Blu-Rays) and my 360 (for streaming) so much more useful.

I've also never had to get a replacement..

It was definitely worth it when I got 3 a week. Tbh, I wouldn't even watch them all, I would just "save them for later"

I used to have the dvd two at a time last year and if i timed it right i could send one back and start another after and I would get a new one 1 1/2 days after turning in the first one so I had a cycle i needed it for AP summerwork

RUN AWAY while you still can. seriously not worth it, and they start slowing delivery of your movies is you "over-utilize" them. don't any of the grocery stores around you have those machines that let you rent a dvd for a buck? they are starting to pop up all over the place here.

You can rent from the website, but you have to go pick it up still...

I think it reserves you a copy in the machine when you do that, not sure though...

I do the Blockbuster Online, but I have an older plan.
I have the 3 movies at a time plan.
I get one free in-store movie/game rental pass a month (game rentals are like $10 now).
I can also take an unlimited number of online movies to the store and trade them in immediately.
I can also trade movies in for a credit towards a game rentals, saves you half off game rentals.
There is no late fee on the in-store exchanges either.
Its $21 a month after tax.

If I put an online movie in the mailbox, I'll get a new one returned about 2-4 days later.

I've been a member for awhile. I've only had 2 discs that wouldn't play. The nice thing about Blockbuster is the option to trade them in right away at the local store. So if you forgot to send a movie back, got a scratched one, etc. you can still watch a new movie that day.... if you really want to.

the only problem is that hollywood can't produce movies fast enough to make a monthly fee worth it. pretty soon you'll find you've watched almost every movie you can think of, and will have a tough time finding new stuff. unless, of course, you like watching the same movies more than once?
