Whenever some little shit does something stupid beyond the realm of eating glue, those kind of posts come up. Of course, none of us are going to bother finding these kids to do anything; call it hyperbole. But, kids that abuse animals grow up to abuse people more often than is agreeable, so punishing them with more then an exasperated sigh is not at all a baseless stance.

That's a bit much but they need some kind of punishment. I think they should have to volunteer X amount of hours at a stray shelter(closely supervised of course.) Maybe they will learn to value animal life a little more after spending some time helping a hurt animal instead of kicking a healthy one. They are young but c'mon, 11-15 years old and you can't figure out that kicking puppies is wrong? Gimme a fucking break.
