What if your drive crashes or Windows corrupts or something so that you don't have such preparation time?Defiance wrote:
You could set up apps on a flash drive before you reformat.CrazeD wrote:
But how do you get Xfire if you don't have a browser? What about people without multiple PC's?.Sup wrote:
I will.
Spoiler (highlight to read):
I have multiple PCs, could download from there, all browsers are already downloaded anyway, they just need an update. I could even ask someone to send me a browser via xfire. Options are limitless, open your horizon
If it's there and you don't need it, you can uninstall it. If it's not there and you do need it, you're fucked.
You could do like I do, and have drivers/crucial apps like Firefox on a separate partition.
There's no "you're fucked" about it anywhere. No IE would make me happy.
You can still install it through Windows Updates, it just doesn't come preinstalled. Although looking at Amazon, they say right now it still comes installed.CrazeD wrote:

Honestly, I don't see how having IE installed hurts anything. You're just being ridiculous. We are all well aware that it is a shitty browser, but get over yourself.
If you don't want it that's fine, but for all the other users that get fucked because of that bullshit lawsuit is a shame.
I hope at least it will have the option to be uninstalled.ghettoperson wrote:

What if, what if, what if. I have multiple flash drives and a dedicated partition, updated whenever I update current drivers, to solve those what ifs.CrazeD wrote:

But it's rarely done by the majority of PC users.Defiance wrote:

It's a computer. 'Backing up' is a very basic practice.
When windows starts you get to select which browser you want.CrazeD wrote:

Yes that's what they wanted to happen. But is that really the way it turned out? That's total bullshit if so.Cybargs wrote:
