Thing is I'll have to drive to a special spot to setup my camera. Light pollution is a minimal there. It's only about 10 minutes away but I've taken some tramadol..lol

I'm 115 miles away.. and it is amazing how vibrant and clear it is to watch it go up from here. Especially at night. I watched a Delta II go up a couple months ago and it was incredible.

Honestly if I could just get FiOS with the locals, ESPN, HBO/Cinemax/etc, Discovery, Animal Planet, Science, Food Network, History, NatGeo, CNN and Fox that'd be awesome.
edit: Yeah wow kmar, I was just looking on Google Maps and realized that Cape Canaveral's pretty far from MacDill AFB (I remember you saying you live near it). That's intense!

As you can see the video was not my priority (out of focus) . The sound was unreal. You can feel it in your bones.. it shakes the trees around you.
