Why not Dalian Plant? You have plenty of electricity. Anyway, probably wake or Oman because of the ocean. My ship that would get me from wake to Oman is the Essex. And, if I had to travel fast, I always have a couple of f35's on board. That is why they made the f35 so you can land verticle - for me when I need to go into tight areas.
