I have a GeForce 9800GT and I was wondering if they have anything similar to EVGA's step up plan.

GeForce is the name of nvidia graphics cards, it is not the name of a video card manufacturer.

The Device Manager does not list the manufacturers, if that's where you're getting your GPU name.

I know that GeForce is part of NVIDIA. I have an alienware computer so what brand would I have?

Try GPU-Z, it might be able to detect the vendor.

pop open the case and look at the card, it usually says the manufacturer on there.

there's no step up plan, GPUs in computers build by companies like alienware are straight from the manufacturer and OEM
