Switching between vista and XP

recently purchased a computer that comes with both Vista business and XP installed

everything is up and running but its only running in XP and how do I switch it to Vista and go back and fourth

well its running XP .... I would like to know on how to switch it over to run vista

This will give you the option to select which OS to boot when already in OS:

well all the files that I have on 1 os switch to the other ?

You files will still be accessible no matter what OS you will be ruuning
