It's not a matter of general markup, it's about the idiotic premium you're paying. Big difference.
to be honest i dont think the premium on the top-spec models is all that extortionate... at all. people pay just as much for the same technology in their beloved lenovos. i just don't think you can really be all that discriminating against the tech-consumer based on premiums or profit-markups. it's the same all over.
