I've heard that 1.5 adds a huge decrease in accuracy that lasts 2.5 seconds immediately after hitting, and getting back up out of prone position. Does your accuracy return to normal after 2.5 seconds? Has any deviation been added to crouch? How long does this last which each weapon category?

Nature is a powerful force. Those who seek to subdue nature, never do so permanently.
Here's how it works-
The Deviation is fairly brief when you go prone, but it's not really a biggie if you do it in close quarters. You can still somewhat dive in front of a person and have ok accuracy, not great, but enough to blast a guy with full auto with an AK. You won't be able to go prone and burst off 6 shots of your G36E and hit a dude square in the cock as soon as you hit the ground, but wait a few seconds and you'll do just that. PLUS, It doesn't become all gay when you move around in prone like it does in 2142, so that's good.
Look at it this way, you probably won't do so great killing people before your dude finishes the fucking prone animaton like you wre able to before, but it's still fairly reasonable close quarters.

Were there any changes made to crouching? There isn't any deviation with shotguns is there?
