Damn. They REALLY need 1.3 to fix this. It's pissing me off. But I will laugh when they are reset.

Long as it doesn't effect the REAL players stats who cares, just let the children think they earned #1 position. they will be reset soon enough. It's pretty sad though, they are making a joke out of the ranking system and all EA does is reset them.

We should all forget about global stats as they are now worthless.
They might be shaming EA but spoiling this game for those who have put hours into getting there names on the leader board without cheating.
Like any pc game it won't be perfect even after batt 2142 come out that game will also have cheats and glitches
its a part of online gaming life, just get on and enjoy the game as best we can.
I play batt 2 against my mates on different servers enjoying the actual game and not the stats, I find it more pleasurable to kill as friend than someone I don't know.
I just hope that when Quake wars is release that it will prove that games can be made without bugs and glitches.

I have to say though, If noone takes action though, EA will let it slide for as long as possible. I don't condone the action of doing it and will personally kick on my server if people do it, but it NEEDS to be done. EA needs to see that this is a problem that needs to be fixed before fixing stupid bugs or making half-assed expantions.

Too bad EA won't capture these assholes and move em to a small island somewhere in the Atlantic.
They should give em BB pistols, 2 FAV's (with BB MGs) and 1 TOW (nothing more than one of those tennisball launchers).
Then they should give the rest of us real BF2 weapons, 20 bombers, 30 tanks and a couple of humvees to teach them a lesson.
