Trying to find this movie based on the ending

A few years ago I was flipping through the channels and I found this movie that looked pretty awesome

Basically it was these two dudes and one of them was a guy with like a beard and kind of long hair and an overcoat and he had a shotgun that looked a lot like the Halo shotgun with a pistol grip and stuff. And then the other guy was wearing something similar but he had like a pistol or something. I don't remember much about him.

So they raid this huge warehouse and kill a whole bunch of people and then they just capture this one black dude and tie him up in a chair in the warehouse and interrogate him and the shotgun guy gets pissed off and like takes out his pistol or something and starts beating the shit out of the black dude but I don't think he kills him, and then some other stuff happens and they're outside and the partner kills the shotgun guy.

And that's all I remember

The black guy was by no means an important character in this movie, he was just a thug that surrendered that they interrogated.
