What's the most recent Codec pack you guys have?
Google keeps offering me 5.1.0 from K-Lite but that seems quite old.
Btw I have Win 7.

I am using CCCP and its all I have ever needed. Not sure what is the latest version tho. Should work for win7 too afaik.

I use CCCP with CoreAVC, huge improvement over plain CCCP playing on MPC for HD movies
But if you want to play movies without the codec packs use KMPlayer, built in codecs that work really well
