yessssss.

as of now I personally own an XTI w kit lens(free), 28-200 (got half off for 75 bucks) standard and a 1.8 50mm. (100 bucks)

So... Apparently my girlfriends dad is super into canons and today he let me borrow his 28-300 L IS USM and said I can use any of his lenses whenever I want. ! Hes got a 400mm (2.8?)L (holy shit those are like 8k), 24-75 2.8 L and a 1.2 (holy fucking shit) 50mm, a bunch of extenders, monopods, tripods, and flashes

soooo win. My equipment just got a free 17k upgrade (:!

Its more or less the same vs a few fps and +/- a few mexapixels. unless im going to go full frame which i can't afford
