Then tell your GF you really like that person and you do not know why she (your GF) does not get along with him or her. You'll have to play it out and be convincing for x-amount of days. Maybe force yourself to have a pleasant conversation with this person in front of your GF. In the end she will think you do not understand her and brek up with you.

What he's asking for is practically impossible unless she finds someone else and dumps him. Break up with her when no one else is around. Like on the way home from somewhere you both go, like school for example. Stop her and look into her eyes and be blunt and neutral. Worked for me. I got 3 ex's for friends. Well... 2 actually that 3rd girl is a whore. So yeah honest, blunt neutrality works.
