So, what city do you guys want Olympics 2016 to be hosted in? I live in Chicagoland, so I gotta say Chicago. We have Oprah and Obama vouching for us.

Last time there was a South American Olympics it was 1968 in Mexico City.
Also - BOOBIES! That's one Opening Ceremony I want to watch.
I'd kill to be you. The biking scene is badass up there, no?Nic wrote:

Its all pretty sweet up here, just rent is stupid..... I just bought a place 30 mins away, and its costing less to own a sweet brand new condo there than it is to rent a piece of shit ghetto suite up here.Superior Mind wrote:

IIRC, when my dad was working with Paris for the 2012 bid, Rio was also attempting to bid for the games. I got to see some IOC reports and all that shit.. Rio failed in several key areas, with security being one of the major ones. Overall they scored some 5.1/10 with the IOC. However, from what I've been reading Rio seems to have turned itself around on the expertise and infrastructure front - yet they are still the wost of the current candidate cities in terms of safety.KuSTaV wrote:
I reckon Rio would be freaking awesome... although they'd need to release a brochure or something on places where not to go if people want to live.

I voted Cha-City, but I'd rather it be in Rio, cause of boobies.
