Ok, so I've managed to set up a WiFi connection on this other laptop. It says: "Excellent Connection", no errors or difficulties whatsoever. However whenever I go into a webbrowser and try to connect to say google, it still gives me a 404

Yeah, but I got it fixed now. Turned out the standard proxy settings were flawed
