Ironically those Mega-Heart-Attack-Burgers are for skinny fucks like myself who can survive the massive amount of crap in them but are physically unable to eat them. I don't know if I couldn stomach a Donut-Burger.
I suppose there's enough sugar in standard McDonalds buns that a switch to Donuts isn't exactly all that outlandish. I think that buger that replaced the bun in a burger with fried chicken is probably a little worse than this.
I'm pretty sure "Donut-Burger" isn't one of the signs of the apocalypse.
