I just moved from a house to an apartment building. I have the exact same provider from my house. My download speeds where averaging 150-200kb/s and now they are averaging 25-30kb/s. I have a dlink wireless router which I made is so only my computer and 360 have access to it by there MAC address. I thought my neighbors were stealing my wireless so I hoped this would jump my download speeds up but it did nothing. I need help. I dont know what info you guys need but please give me some suggestions.

opps sorry. I should of mentioned I called them and they said everything looks normal. They are a stupid and over priced company. I would switch but They are the only ISP in my town.
This happened to me, but I didn't lose such a great loss in speed, except Apartment -> House.
I went from 195kb/s to 157kb/s, contacted my ISP, they refuse to fix it and they keep telling me it's okay.
No it's not ffs, we pay for 1.5mbps.
I want my 195kb/s back.
