Voice over ip is what the game uses so that u can communicate with your squad/commander.
Teamspeak is a seperate program used to chat but u can talk to anyone in ur channel.
so teamspeak is much better. plus it has voice activated talking no need to hit a stupid button.

VoIP is deactivated when u are dead, TS is not. So over TS u can tell ur buddy: The guy, who killed me sits arround the corner, he is AT, finish him off, he has only low health...
