Right, I've decided upon this phone, £129.99, PAYG, free 4gb SD card, and wi-fi!

Anyone got this phone, or it's big brother, the 5800? Would be handy to have a review from some of you guys before I buy

Two of my mates have them, and 6 months into owning them neither can make calls any more. Can still text though.

The 5530 or the 5800? 'Cause owning the 5530 for 6 months would be impressive since it only got released in June.

The 5800 has a terrible touchscreen but I don't know if they made it better for this one. N97 touch screen at least is pretty decent so this one might be the same build. I'd search around.

Looked at other's. the Tocco lite, the Tocco, the cookie, and this is the only one with Wifi.

A Nokia without proper keys isn't a real Nokia.

The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. I have the Nokia 5800, it must be a newer model than the ones you guys always say sucks, the touchscreen isn't crap must've had a firmware update or something. I say go for it as I only got this phone as a last resort (Upgrading contract just chose one at random) and I'm more than happy with it.

The Nokia 5800 was the biggest fail Nokia ever produced. Buggy operating system, shit touchscreen and average phone. Maybe the smaller version is a big improvement, I don't know. But going by the 5800, it's a pointless buy.
