Ok, before I begin here are the specs of the laptop in question
Toshiba satellite a110-247
Centrino 1.8Ghz
1GB ram
60/80GB hard drive.
Windows XP
ok, now the laptop was working fine yesterday. Now i tried to switch it on. This it what happens
The power light turns on and is blue, the fans and all spin and boot up. But the screen remains blank. Within 2 seconds of booting it makes a series of beeps. This is how it goes.
"Beep, beep beep". A second pause. "Beep, beep, beep". Another second goes. "Beep".
After the final single beep the fan below the laptop stops spinning but the power light remains blue. Still nothing on the screen.
I've taken the battery out and put it back in after the minute, no luck.
