its just server lag. you will get ur rank on ur profile soon.

Was that all during the same round?
Happens everytime you log on to a new server and you get at least one point. That is, until it updates.

I earned the staff officer ribbon 3 times already i finally have it though

I got my basic pistol 3 times
ya did the same for me when i got sergeant, its just when you get the rank, then leave the server and join another, if your stats havent updated the server thinks you're still sergeant, and it promotes you when you get the points.
Also look your stats sig... 99% to gunnery sergeant and you just have 1/8 of the progress bar...

I've had something similar happen. Over the last three days I've been awarded during the game Basic Transport, but it never showed up in the BFHQ. I've earned this badge about 4 months ago also. The first 2 times, my computer lost connection to the server about 3 minutes after I earned the badge. This last time, I played 2 rounds past, and never got it yet. But the Basic Heli, and Basic Armor that I earned afterwards did show up.
Today I tried to earned it again, but after 15-20+ minutes in a transport....nothing. I did this for 3 rounds, nothing happens. Who knows, maybe I'm missing something.....wait...Yep..I'm missing the Basic Trasnport Badge!!!
I've been playing on a 64 player server with 18 people to help get the badges too because the matches seem to last longer. Not only that, the the server admin will kick for armor,planes, helis being in uncappable flag areas to stop spawn camping.

i got promoted to master sarge twice on wednesday . passed 20000 on inode 8 but iwas logged as a private ? then when i logged out and back in i got my promo and also in the next server . i really couldnt be bothered with my knife and pistol . i still get command just as much with the lower rank playing as a private sucks tho
