I'm not sure which to install once I get my copy of Ultimate. Obviously x64 is going to be future proof but I've heard that 7 x64 still has issues with some things.

Yeah most stuff should work. Obviously if it has a 16 bit installer it won't work on any 64 bit OS. The only software I have ever had problems with on Vista 64 are ones that have an OS check prior to install. I'm 100% sure the couple I have run into would run fine it's just since Vista isn't on the list of supported os's (as it wasn't even thought of when written) it won't even run the installer.Wallpaper wrote:
