I googled to see if Spam is actually in FO3, but all it came up with was a load of spam report pages D:

If I come across some spam I'll do it, but until then, what other ways would you like him to die?

I fucking walked around Megaton for nearly 10 minutes and couldn't find Nathan, so I went with Lucas Simms instead

Spam is in the game, It's just called cram. However it's not a junk item, so...you can't use it in the rock-it launcher.
