Okay well i searched and found nothing unless i searched the wrong thing

I have noticed in some screen shots that when you kill someone it says You killed blah (+2) and the killed and (+2) are in orange. Also when someone teamkills it will say majorassult (teamkills- SCAR-L) blah. I know it is something will changing the files so if someone could give me a link to a website that will help or if one of you could help just post.
