Man this is messed up.

Desiree Jennings thought it would be a good idea to get the seasonal flu shot. But the apparent side effects have significantly affected her health.

I consider myself a pretty scientifically-minded guy, but I'm never getting another flu shot again. I think I had not had one since I was like 12 years old. Then last month I got one, and a few weeks later I was coughing and sneezing like hell. Fuck that shit.

For the record I think I got the flu maybe once or twice between those six years.

I never bothered getting flu shots because I'm not paranoid, and if I do get sick, then whatever, my immune system will deal with it and be a tad stronger when all's said and done. This only reinforces my refusal to get one.
