Earphones

Every time i get my hands on a new pair of earphones, they stop working within a month or two. I have gone through three different pairs of earphones since July. I picked up another pair a few weeks ago and they started to fail last night.

Has anybody got any tips so that this stops happening? It is getting really annoying.

Most of them cost between £10 - £20

Even at that price, he shouldn't be going through headphones that quick. I had a pair of £10 headphones that last me a year, and after that a pair that cost £20 that last me 6 months.

I had a £10 Walkman that has lasted more than 15 years.

I don't get how people manage to break all these things so fast. Only pair of headphones I've ever had break (except for a pair I trod on once) were the pair that came with my Gameboy.

I don't understand. I see people with KNOTS in their cables, so much that they have to hold their iPod up to their chest height...and their headphones last 6 months.

Yet I unplug by the plug most of the time, keep them untangled, coil them nicely without forcing the cabling....and they all break on me....Been through the apple bugs, $60 buds...cheapo knockoff buds, all the same.
