What program do you guys use to overclock your video card on Windows 7?  I used to use EVGA Precision, but it doesn't seem to work now (Program won't open).  I tried ATI Tool, but that didn't work either

I'm using that download thing with the Nvidia control panel, increase the clocks and using rthdribl version 1.2 to stress test it, and Riva for temps.

Also, the reason that atitool doesn't work is cause Windows 7 doesn't allow you to install 'unsigned' kernal drivers or something, that's the error I got anyway.

I believe EVGA Precision should work for non-EVGA cards.
