You need to find the default IP of the router; it's generally 192.168.0.1
From there, you can change the SSID name and password.

yeah but the problem is the signal is too weak might have to get an access point or something to strengthen the signal(or the one which can be configured the one that cant is the one Im getting my signal from)

Any idea if they sell better directional antennaes for your wireless router?
