Ask for evidence. If they present you some student's testimony, then they're full of shit.

If it wasn't a question of your academic integrity I would say don't worry, but it isn't, so I won't. I believe you're fine if another kid confessed. That is, unless your dean is a hard-ass and is going to go after every kid who even saw the test the ring-leader stole. If you have consistently performed well in school I doubt they'll go out of their way to fuck-over one of their best, it's just not good for business. Difficult to provide you with anything more really, it all depends on your prior circumstances- but based on what you've said I'll go ahead and say you're in the clear, but keep a close eye on which way the case twists to prepare a refutation in advance.
