Hmm...come to think of it, I knew a person like that. Not personally, but...he couldn't stop coughing/blurting out strange sounds/sneezing. The fact that he smelled strongly of menthol didn't help.

That's one of the worst attempts at a fake sneeze I've ever seen. If I made a fart noise with my mouth and tried to pass it as a sneeze my parents would smack me and tell me to stop being a tard. I can't even imagine what would happen if I did it 12 times a minute. Girl need to see a psychologist, not a medical doctor. She's having some kind of mental problem.
