shooting football tonight big game.

ill be using a 1d with a 28 70-200L BUT Im also going to be bringing my backup camera (xti- don't want to use the 1dS one 1d is heavy enough) for non play shots (crowd, sidelines ect). I can't decide which lens I should use.

My options are
2.8 16-35L
2.8 14mmL
f/4 28-105mmL
1.2 50mmL

true true. im just afraid the aperture isn't low enough. but on the other hand, the field that im shooting at lit much better than my schools

im confused one cam has a "28 70-200L " what is that? 2.8 70-200?

for the crowd shots i'd do the 16-35 nom nom wide angle zoom with 2.8

yeah 16-35 zoom wont be too bad considering my xti isnt ff
