Private torrents (with the right sites) will keep your connection at 100% the entire time, plus you have way better selections than RS.
No matter where you're torrenting from, there is no way you can get 5MB/sec (my minimum from usenet) instantaneously, on ALL downloads regardless of the amount of seeders and leechers, and without having to waste time on not getting kicked out of that tracker.
