I got 4GB for just under £60 last year. It's £90 now.
I bought Corsair Dominator for 55€(2GB) 2 years ago. Its price has since been reduced and is now 37€(2GB).

Yea, I've noticed RAM prices jumping on DDR3, too. Quite a few parts were coming down in price and then in the last month or two, everything has jumped a bit. How much you want to bet it's because of Christmas?

For once our ram prices are cheaper.
Realised this the other day when my girlfriend needed new RAM for her pc, said it would probably cost about £15 to stick another GB in and it was around £30
I'd type my pc specs out all fancy again but teh mods would remove it. Again.
