My teacher, being to lazy to teach us anything, gives us busy work, so I'm here asking for help. Directions say

"There are three types of Federal Grants, categorical grants, block grants, and project grants. Create a political cartoon of each of the three Federal Grants described on pages yada yada. Be Sure to illustrate the way money is allocated and spent in each case."

We have to draw 3 cartoons, 1 for each type, I'm not creative so I'm coming up blank. Any ideas?

political cartoons? you cannot fail with political cartoons. have your four year old sister draw a picture of the sun, then buffalo your teacher with your political cartoon. no style points, but it will be fun.
