Client Focus?

I'm currently applying for a year long placement at IBM and in the application form it says

Client Focus

then a big box to fill in, that's it. I'm sure I could find something suitable to say but I'm not 100% sure what kind of description they're looking for here.

To give you a bit more background, the previous few boxes are initiative and creative problem solving and self motivation and drive to suceed.

If anyone can shed some light on this that would be awesome

first what position are you applying for because i can mean different things for different positions, but in general how would direct you efforts in the work place to the goals of your clients & how would you achieve them i guess.

Client Focus - all that is (from my interpretation) is good customer service. Help the customer solve a problem and that's it. Be courteous and pleasant and drop your personal shit at the door. You're there to help IBM's clients. Focus on them and the job.

It's not a specific job, it's just an 'Information Technology' position.
