K Im working with this statistical software in excel called PHSTAT2, anyways I reinstalled and installed and I dont think its the problem with it, or not sure what the problem is. Also it used to work before, then after I was uninstalling some of the components on windows it stopped working I think, not sure what I uninstalled, but this is just an assumption(not sure why the program stopped working). Also tried number of different solutions which I found on google but not luck.

Here is the error
https://i50.tinypic.com/29llo35.jpg

Basically excel is trying to open up the Macro (visual studio program) using excel, but it wont open it up keep getting an error

Karma to those who can solve the problem, or help me resolve the problem

this sounds like your problem right here:

"Also it used to work before, then after I was uninstalling some of the components on windows it stopped working I think, not sure what I uninstalled, but this is just an assumption(not sure why the program stopped working)."

whatever you uninstalled, you need to put it back.  you probably removed some vital run-time libraries for that software.  most software runs based on dependencies with the host OS or other core components.

I think the error is something else... but you did say

"Basically excel is trying to open up the Macro (visual studio program) using excel"

While they both use VB coding and its pretty damn similar.... Excel cannot open an actual visual studio program.

You should be able to save the visual studio program in an excel-readable format.  Try saving a copy in a different format and then reopening in excel.

Also, try adjusting the security level for macros.  Tools > macros > security level.  I believe you'd want medium or lower.

Actually, I would try my second suggestion first.
