My clanmates and I have some intense squad work. But in a normal pub mode, sorry.

Although i find that European Servers have more teamwork the american. (just a observation)

Too bad my ping gets too high.

Sure.

Tactical Gamer servers are exactly this and tend to be quite full.  They are password protected for clan matches for four hours on saturday evening.  They are also unranked.

Play with a group of guys that use lots of teamwork. Spinach, Bush, Recon (when he plays!), and I use teamwork to win almost every round. Just gotta find a good group of people.
