Red and green dot on my screen... WTF?!

I have problems with my video card. I thought it was burned pixels but it's not.

When I am on a dark background (BF2s) or let's say I open paint and put the background black alot of red and green dot appears on my screen.

My video cards drivers are update. I downloaded a video card stability test but didn't worked.

Someone has an idea on how to fix that?

Check the temps on the card, it might be over heating... Take off any OCs. It also might just be dying ;(

Are you using a CRT or an LCD? It might be stuck pixels...

Otherwise it is artifacting, which means your video card is either not working properly or overheating.

but they can be stuck on a color and not dead. my wife laptop has a pixel that's stuck green.
