Looks like a "phishing" site to me. I searched for "watch HD TV online". All the links on their sire redirect you to a form where you enter your card details.

Dude, if you're not trolling, then there are thousands of those sites. Misspell a site and you'll get one very much like that, usually with a tag "What you need, when you need it".
