The former thread was extensively filled with to much douchebaggery so instead of deleting individual posts I scrapped the entire thread.

Be advised that even though this thread is in the EE section we appreciate some moderation in your comments when a member present a problem he or she feels is important to them ... making funnies and gloating is NOT appreciated.

The guy/gal with a certain problem should prolly also think before posting if the issue really should be addressed on this forum.

Edit: I am totally amazed, 5 minutes after making the new thread I have to delete an additional 4 posts and hand out a tempban ...

Edit2: The old thread will be reopened after cleaning!

most people were actually trying to help, only because of their alarm and appalled shock, they voiced it in stern consternation.

the old thread was actually really good, and helped many people in a positive and constructive way.

finray messed up by bringing ULTRA personal things to the forum, our reaction was, if anything, the correct one.

Update: I've cleaned and undeleted the old thread.

Here is my latest post in the thread. I'm going to leave it closed for half an hour (and this shall remain open during that time) to give members a chance to actually SEE my post and the warning it contains.

Once that's done, I'll close this thread.
