So I know monitors are measured diagonally from one corner to the other but is that across the whole thing? The one I'm using right now is a shitty dell monitor CRT. When measured in total it looks like it's about 20 3/4". The screen only appears to be about 16", though.

Newegg is having a "black friday" monitor sale and of course it seems like a good time to get a new one.
Here.
I want something the same size or slightly larger than what I have, display-wise, so I was wondering. Do any of these look particularly like a good deal?

thanks,

look at resolution first, most of those are 1920x1080 (1080p). then i look at refresh, contrast, and connectivity (personally, i'd want an hdmi).
nice prices.

make sure to review the monitor return policy on newegg. they are very strict about dead pixels, etc.
