Mac users are accustomed to stuff 'just working'.
Plug in a device, its up and working, workflow is intuitive rather than counter-intuitive, if you want to change it you can.
When the choice was between Mac - so easy a child could use it, or MS-DOS and a soldering iron it was a no-brainer.
Thats the point of Macs, for the average person they work, zero thought required.

I am using both Vista x64 Ultimate and Win 7 x64 Ultimate and quite frankly I cannot tell shit difference apart from 7 looking more transparent (glass like).

I've been using a MacBook Pro for about six months now. I've got XP installed on it as well but I've only used it a few times (to play some WiC). OS X is pretty nice.
I would have gotten a Windows laptop (or maybe get some new parts for my old PC) but with so many games coming out on consoles nowadays, I don't see the point in a new PC for me (unless Battlefield 3 kicks ass).

Vista is by far most stable Windows I have ever used, not once has it BSOD'd in these years. And I have used heck lot of Windows'es.

I just started using it and it runs way, way, way smoother at low loads than vista. Otherwise they're pretty similar and it's a tough call whether you want to upgrade.Macbeth wrote:
