Im pretty sure it is very center of the map used for programming as someone mentioned, UAVs use that to calculate where they can fly without crashing into solid objects

Your processor uses 266 DDR ram because it has a Front Side Bus speed of 533. The Pc3200 ram is DDR 400 and is above the speed required for your cpu. This will not do it any harm and is a bit of future proofing but you will need to understand that the memory will run at the slower speed required for your cpu. On a side note though if you decide to do a bit of overclocking having faster memory is a good thing ( overclock at your own risk ).

Back on topic i did hear that the red and blue numbers were to do with the UAV and can be removed by turning off the 3d view.
