Someone please explain to me why that hideously outdated processor is more than an i7 920?
Antique value?
I like pie.
A guy in my Bf2 clan had one of those like 3-4 years ago. They could run the game on high!

Whoa!
Wow, an inaccurately priced item on an e-commerce site. How quaint and extraordinary.
Oh my, a demeaning sarcastic comment on an internet forum. How original and extraordinary.mikkel wrote:

How hard it is to understand, that anything that is not made anymore is expensive. Mainly because no one cares fuck about them and the price will stay where it used to be.CammRobb wrote:

Occasionally some older hardware is sold at decent prices tho, when some company gets a larger shipment of some good old stuff that still has some value like new 8800GTXs for example.
UK sucks too if this is how you define it. Whole fucking world sucks. Find me a country in which something isn't sold at ridiculous price.

Nah, it's not inaccurate, just never reduced. They went for $1000 when they were new, I guess they just never put the price down on it. Which sucks, because they'll now be stuck with that forever.mikkel wrote:

Why were you on a Canadian computer parts site anyways?
hahaha that's a question akin to finding a strange e-mail/text on your girlfriends computer/phone.Winston_Churchill wrote:

ebug linked me.
Ncix is weird like that some times... they don't update their prices on some out dated items. Check out their clearance section $552 for an open box 2900 XT, $309 for an open box x800.Finray wrote:

At the same time, they have a good weekly sale, and will price match. And their sister company www.directcanada.com, has most of the same stuff for even 20% or so cheaper.
The price is right... Only about $5 USD.
