I've got a g5 and my friend had an mx518, they were pretty much the same size but the g5 was a little "taller" if that makes any sense, felt pretty much the same in my hand, the only problem ive had with the g5 is that i drag my little finger on the desk when i use it so after about 6+ hours of use it starts to kill my finger. Just a problem ive had with it though, otherwise sometimes the little lights on top dont show the actual dpi right sometimes in game.
