Windmill Testing Framework (http://www.getwindmill.com/)

For making recorded, repeatable tests. Very useful, but kind of a pain to set up.

This is a pretty good addon:

Rehost Image
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/9221

You right click on an image, select "Rehost image and copy to clipboard" and then you can immediately paste the image you just right-clicked on.

You can also configure it to upload via FTP to your host.

I honestly don't see the use of an Online OCR.

A few frameworks I've been taking a look into (well, I already know CI and Cake pretty damn well, but just thought some people might wanna know).

codeigniter
cakephp
symfony
Yii

Also, I have switched entirely to http://www.netbeans.org/ IDE and it's fucking fantastic. I managed to edit my colouring scheme just like DW and it is so beautiful, especially with the PHP plugin and stuff. Auto complete could do with a bit of a revamp. The newest version adds so much shit, never going back to DW.

By 'newest version' do you mean 6.8 RC?

No, 6.7. I've leaving 6.8 till it's fully out. It will update automatically anyway.

Also, I think people should learn to code from a regular text editor (at least HTML/CSS) before using a visual editor like DW.
Necro-reply, but this. I think people should understand what they're doing before they rely on the point & click environment of powerful editors. However, once you know what you're doing, there's no reason to go back. Too many keystrokes can be saved with utilities like DW.

I'd much rather do the stuff myself, but it's a pretty cool tool to have. Just tried it out.

Unfortunately after the first few "Suggest Design" clicks, the quality of the designs went into a downward spiral of shitness.

Cool nonetheless, and useful if you don't have time to design or can't.

I know where you are coming from Zim. Almost all of the stuff we get is just brochure type stuff; people with preexisting shit sites. Time was the issue for us, we still have to tweak it once we generate it, but it saves a ton of time.

I am actually shocked no one has mentioned this yet but am sure people have definitely heard of it, Firebug. It is a plugin for Firefox that is extremely useful/helpful to developers. I use it daily. The second one that is pretty cool takes any website you want and shows it to you in wireframes. It is helpful for inspiration/particular layouts or just interested to see the frame of the sites you check out daily.

Firebug: http://getfirebug.com/ (*edit - just saw CrazeD montioned it by here is the link)
Wirify: http://www.wirify.com/
Kuler (Color Scheme Creator): http://kuler.adobe.com

I will reply back if I think of any more.
