Probably not as much as one would think though.
Difference in proportions between a 5' woman and a 6' woman, to me, were more to do with fitness and genetic variability.
No personal experience outside that range, though.
Go for a track runner, skier, snow boarder, or other athletic woman with fit legs and abdominal muscles - energetic and .. a noticeable difference. (fit, not freakshow here.. fit, not obsessive).
