UIUC is great. Other good computer science schools include CMU, Rice, MIT... it depends on what you go into though. If you want to go into IT it really doesn't matter where you go.
For business, well you've got University of Chicago, UPenn, NYU, UCLA, UCB, MIT (Sloan School of Management), UT Austin (Pretty sure they're #1 for accounting... good luck getting in though).
Just a tip: I'd focus on picking a school that has good academics in many subjects, but that also feels like a good fit. You might end up wanting to do something like, say, journalism or political science. And at the same time, you don't want to be miserable. If your school isn't very good in the subject you switch to then you might want to transfer, which can be a pain in the ass.

Honestly just go with the school that's most famous or has the best brand name.
I was strongly considering going to a nearby polytechnic school and figured I would learn more there and perform better there, but chose my current university instead because it has a better brand name to put on a diploma, and alumni at companies are willing to make the hookups.
Besides, as an undergraduate, you're really just learning how to learn. Internships and the work force is where you actually learn meaningful, useful, applicable stuff.
