Go with Panzer's suggestion, if nothing else the name makes me laugh every time I see it the fact it's an amazing cooler for the money helps too

I can't see water cooling ever being better in a price v. performance category. You are paying a premium for a marginal benefit for any type of water cooling, air will get you most of the way.
